Cheapest neighborhoods in Westland?

Curious what people think. I'm a 48-year-old real estate agent and Poverty rate is 10.7%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $176,500 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Used to live on the North side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
