Career opportunities in Westminster, CA

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $820,000, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 14.0%, which is around average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Used to live on the Maple Ridge side, now on the Springfield side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
