Best apartments in Westminster under ?

Homes are going for about $497,400 on average. Rent is about $1,816/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Used to live on the Midtown side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
