Best apartments in Westminster under ?

We have two kids and Rent is about $1,816/month for a decent place. Median household income is $96,145, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here?

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The dating scene is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
