Cheapest neighborhoods in Westminster?

Hey, Just moved here 8 months ago and Poverty rate is 5.1%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $497,400, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The public transit is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
