Random thought, I'm originally from Portland and Poverty rate is 5.1%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $497,400 on average. Household incomes average around $96,145 in Westminster. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
