Is Westminster good for remote workers?

Hey folks, We're a young couple and It's a a mid-size city city with about 116K people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Riverside. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in tech. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.
