Studio apartments in Westminster -options?

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,816 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Bought a house here in 2024 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The dating scene is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
