Curious what people think. Household incomes average around $96,145 in Westminster. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
