Studio apartments in Westminster -options?

First post here. I'm single, late 20s, and Rent is about $1,410/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $318,100 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Greenfield area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value outdoor recreation, you'll love it. The cultural scene is genuinely surprisingly good and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. My neighborhood (South) is pricey and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Salt Lake City, be prepared for the culture shock. outdoor recreation is completely different here. And Limited public transit options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
