Westminster is underrated, change my mind

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $1,410 for rent here. Household incomes average around $79,431 in Westminster. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $318,100 on average. Poverty rate is 9.9%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Good schools
- Good healthcare facilities
- Walkable downtown
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Rising rent prices
- Sprawl everywhere
- Not enough green space
Thanks in advance! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Old Town. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
