How is the nightlife in Westmont?

Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $369,100, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,427/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $369,100 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Definitely worth checking out..

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value weather, you'll love it. The housing market is genuinely underrated and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. My neighborhood (Pine Hills) is growing and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from New York, be prepared for the culture shock. job market is completely different here. And Limited public transit options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the East side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

I'm a contractor and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
