Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $140,501, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Appreciate any input. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
