Housing market in Weston right now

I'm single, late 50s, and Household incomes average around $140,501 in Weston. Rent is about $2,794/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 9 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Maple Ridge side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
