Hey everyone, Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Westphalia sits at 386.5 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
