Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Westphalia sits at 386.5 per 100K. The median home value here is around $478,200, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Phoenix it's improving.
