Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $333,500 on average. Household incomes average around $53,840 in Westview. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? Thanks for reading. The suburbs are where most families end up. My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is weather. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.
