Hello, I've been here for 9 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Westview sits at 581.2 per 100K. Median household income is $53,840, which feels on the lower side for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
