Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $87,341, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from San Diego about 4 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and retirement.
Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Lots of new development happening
Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Road conditions need improvement
Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are manageable, gas is better than expected.
Socially, I love the pace of life here. No regrets on my end..
