Anyone work in healthcare in Westwood?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $169,026 in Westwood. Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cheers. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I've lived in Springfield for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The public transit scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for young professionals. Happy to answer more specific questions..
