OK so Born and raised here. Rent is about $2,351/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? TIA! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
