Curious what people think. My partner and I are It's a a smaller city city with about 27,180 people. Rent is about $1,303/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
