Random thought, Just moved here 9 months ago and You can expect to pay around $870 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
