Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $47,692, which feels on the lower side for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Wharton?
