First post here. I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Boston about 3 years ago. The main reasons were work and quality of life.
Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of family-friendly activities
Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited high-paying job options
Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are affordable, gas is excellent.
Socially, it exceeded my expectations. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.
