Is public transit usable in Wheaton?

Hey folks, I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $447,700, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 53,453 people. With a population of 53,453, Wheaton is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
