Wheaton housing prices -when will it stop?

OK so I've been here for 1 years and Household incomes average around $119,566 in Wheaton. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 14 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
