Anyone regret moving to Wheaton?

Been meaning to ask this. It's a a smaller city city with about 52,172 people. Rent is about $2,151/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
