Hey, I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $483,100, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 52,172 people. Rent is about $2,151/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience? TIA! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
