So, I work in media and Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $107,349, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 52,172 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
