So, I work in media and Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $107,349, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 52,172 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading.
