Wheaton quality of life -am I missing something?

Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great seafood places. it's been a really good experience overall.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much competitive but now it's average.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
