Co-working spaces in Wheeling?
Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Cincinnati and Crime rate is something to consider -Wheeling sits at 778.1 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,670 people. You can expect to pay around $795 for rent here. Median household income is $48,498, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
