Co-working spaces in Wheeling?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $142,500 on average. Poverty rate is 13.7%, which is around average. It's a a smaller city city with about 26,670 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Wheeling sits at 778.1 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Wheeling? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from Minneapolis about 2 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Lots of new development happening

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are affordable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Good luck with whatever you decide..
