Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $48,498 in Wheeling. Rent is about $795/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Wheeling sits at 778.1 per 100K. The median home value here is around $142,500, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this?
