Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Tampa about 14 years ago. The main reasons were school and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are competitive, gas is solid.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Feel free to reach out with questions..

I'm a pharmacist and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Hope this helps!.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
