Should I move to Whippany or stay in Sacramento?

I'm a teacher here and With a population of 8,862, Whippany is a small town. The median home value here is around $612,500, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $612,500 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Whippany? Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
