First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -White Bear Lake sits at 133.7 per 100K. The median home value here is around $318,000, which seems about average. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience?

I work in construction here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is better than expected. No regrets on my end..
