I'm a 34-year-old contractor and The median home value here is around $591,500, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $591,500 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.
