Hello, Been living here since 2016. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. With a population of 15,017, White Center is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
