Random thought, Just moved here 10 months ago and Homes are going for about $273,700 on average. Household incomes average around $65,370 in White City. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for White City? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
