OK so I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $273,700, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $65,370 in White City. Poverty rate is 10.9%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
