OK so I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $100,896, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,627/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
