Hello, Rent is about $1,362/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
