Is White Knoll worth it salary-wise?

Hello, With a population of 7,865, White Knoll is a small town. Homes are going for about $232,000 on average. Median household income is $79,531, which feels about average for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. TIA! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great sushi places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 12 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
