Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,623 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
