Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
