White Settlement in the winter -how bad?

So, I've been here for 18 years and Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Bought a house here in 2015 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The food scene is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
