We're a young couple and You can expect to pay around $940 for rent here. Household incomes average around $56,424 in White Sulphur Springs. Rent is about $940/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 1,097 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
