OK so Just moved here 8 months ago and Rent is about $1,348/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $498,700 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
