Affordable areas near Whitehall?
Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $50,812, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 14.5%, which is around average. It's a a small town city with about 19,974 people. The median home value here is around $138,700, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
